We offer an end to end building service, right from the planning, design and permits through to fit out and completion. If you already have a chosen architect or plans, we’re excellent collaborators.
Our Process
Step One – Free consultation
The first step is a call and/or a site visit from the Director, Karrick. He’ll be your main contact from start to finish. Karrick will talk you through your design/build options, and follow up your meeting with an itemised, comprehensive fixed price quote for you to review.
Step Two – Design + Planning
The architects and structural engineers’ that we work in tandem with will work with you and Karrick to plan out your perfect space. We’ll take all practical steps to ensure your requests are reflected in the plans. We’ll also take care of the entire planning process, concluding with planning approval and a full set of construction drawings.
Step Three – Construction
Your build will be fully managed by an onsite site manager from start to finish. We deliver our projects on time and on budget (check out our reviews – we’re polite *and* reliable!)
We have over 16 years’ experience in the industry and we know how important happy clients are. We’ll problem solve any quirks that might arise and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process.
Step Four – Fit out
Our high standard of finishing comes as, well, standard! We only take on a handful of projects at any given time so that we can ensure prioritisation our customers’ needs and maintain quality levels.
The finish becomes personal to us, because we know this project is personal to you.
Step Five – Insurance and Guarantees
We are fully insured with public and employers liability insurance – so you can be certain that if anything happens we’re all covered.
We also offer a 12 month guarantee from completion as standard on all work carried out – this is included as standard on the contracts we offer.
