We offer an end to end building service, right from the planning, design and permits through to fit out and completion. If you already have a chosen architect or plans, we’re excellent collaborators.
Our Process
Step One – Free consultation
The first step is a site visit from our Director, Karrick. He’ll be your main contact from hello to the final handshake, (no sales team or sub contractors here!)
Karrick will talk you through your options and follow up your meeting with an initial quote. He’s a polite, personable kind guy – we’re sure you’ll like him!
Step Two – Design + Planning
Our designer and structural engineer will work with you and Karrick to plan out your perfect space. We’ll problem solve all the quirks and ensure all your requests are reflected in the plans. We’ll also handle the entire planning + permit process – easy peasy!
Step Three – Construction
Our building service is fully managed, with an eye to quality of finish and customer experience. We deliver our projects on time and on budget (check out our reviews – we’re polite *and* reliable!)
We have over 12 years experience in this industry – we know how important happy clients are. We’ll problem solve any quirks that might arise and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. Our builders will even clean up after themselves too!
Step Four – Fit out
Our high standard of finish comes as, well, standard! Because we only take on a handful of projects in a very localised area, our Director (with his quality control hat on!) is very involved. Because he cares about his business and his clients, all projects are completed to the highest possible standard.
The finish becomes personal to us, because we know this project is personal to you.
Step Five – Insurance and Guarantees
We are fully insured with public and employers liability insurance – so you can be certain that if anything happens we’re all covered.
